To everybody getting “E0209 sentinel key not found” — When you paste your uuid into the keygen to create the licence.reg make sure you just use the last 8 digits (don’t use the 64 at the start of the number).

I saw this issue before, but the solutions didn't work for me or were not sufficiently explained:
Since yesterday I receive a pop-up 'Sentinel LDK Protections System - Sentinel key not found (H0007)'. This occures right after starting the programm and after the splash screen appears. Once I click OK, the loading of DIALux is aborded.
This behaviour happens since I updated from version 9.0 to 9.1.
  1. Connect the Sentinel HL key to a different USB port. Try using a different USB device in the port from which the Sentinel HL key was not accessible. Open the Windows Services window and check that Sentinel License Manager is running. Check that the Batch Code on the Sentinel HL key matches the Batch Code of the protected application.
  2. Hello Matthew, - Please check if the folder exists: C: ProgramData SafeNet Sentinel Sentinel LDK - Do you have write access to ProgramData? - Please send us once the setup log file of our evo software for an analysis to support@dial.de.

I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I also deleted all entries with 'DIAL' in my registry - still the same effect. Both folders 'DIAL GmbH' in C:ProgramData as well as in C:ProgramData(x86) are set to 'full access' and I started the the DIALux.exe with administrator rights - still the same error.
In the threat https://dxboard.dialux.com/viewtopic.php?t=90187 some user suggest to delete the 'Safenet Sentinel File' - but I have no clue where that file is...
Can someone help me or does anyone have other ideas?
